Holistic Therapy

The word holistic comes from the Greek word holos which means whole. Holistic therapy is a way of looking at and treating the whole person, mind, body and soul.
A holistic approach to treatment means to look at a person as an individual and to consider their whole being, not just their physical symptoms but also to examine their psychology, environment, diet, nutrition and exercise as all of these things will have a knock on effect on our health and in turn our mental health.
