Signature Treatments
My Signature treatments are a collection of massages that came together from listening to my clients wants and needs and their aches and pains and thinking about ways I could help them. Lots of my clients would comment how they loved the intense heat of one particular treatment but they also loved the stretches from a different treatment. It got me thinking, why not fuse different treatments together so my clients could have the best of both worlds.
Bamboo, Shell Fusion
Imagine lying on a heated bed and your favourite smell fills the air and it instantly transports you to a beautiful place where you feel totally at ease. This ultra indulgent two hour spa ritual is a massage with many different elements, initially the full body dry skin brushing is revitalising and invigorating and will totally stimulate the senses, following with a warm and deep bamboo massage, guaranteed to untangle the deepest of knots. This calming ritual ends with a soothing back neck and shoulder warm lava shell massage.

Hot Stone Reflexology
Hot Stones can be easily incorporated into your regular Reflexology treatment to further enhance the benefits of the treatment. It is estimated that one stroke of a hot stone is worth five strokes with the hand. The heat easily relaxes the muscles in the feet and the lower legs, it is calming, soothing and can help those suffering with tight calf muscles and plantar fasciitis.

CBD Massage
CBD is a chemical compound extracted from the cannabis plant, it has recently seen an enormous rise in popularity and has become one of the most talked about health trends of the moment. It is believed to affect our cell signalling system, which helps to regulate functions such as sleep, immune response and chronic pain.
CBD massage is a fabulous treatment for anyone suffering with joint aches and pains, anxiety, depression, irritable bowl syndrome and those suffering with muscles spasms and insomnia.
CBD is perfectly safe and legal, I use a pharmaceutical grade CBD and it is available in three strengths.

Sticks and Stones
If you like the intense heat of a Hot Stone Massage but you like your muscles to be worked more deeply, then this is definitely the massage for you. The muscles are warmed up gently with the soothing basalt stones and then the bamboo pieces stroke and knead the tight overworked muscles, stretching out the fascia bringing some much needed relief.

Bamboo with Thai stretches
Warm bamboo is a great way to warm up the body tissues and will gently stretch them out before applying a deeper stretch with some Thai inspired movements and techniques, unblocking energy lines and leaving you feeling stretched and well balanced.

Meno Free Massage
This full body massage has been created with menopausal and peri menopausal women in mind. Vegan friendly, wild harvested natural ingredients are combined to comfort, calm and nurture the older lady so she can embrace the menopause freely and comfortably. This treatment is ideal for those suffering with dry skin, joint aches and pains and night sweats.
