Meditation is the act of mindfully being present in the moment and reconnecting with yourself. Simply agreeing to sit consciously for a few minutes every day and savour that time, inducing a feeling of deep relaxation and serenity.

If you would like to learn the ancient art of meditation and mindfulness I offer one to one training that I will taylor to your needs and symptoms, drawing on various techniques to improve your peace, mental health and self confidence, giving you some very useful coping strategies and tools that you will be able to use in many areas of your life.

During the sessions you will learn about the history of meditation, how it has developed and changed over the years and the many different meditation techniques available.

There are many benefits to a daily practice of meditation including reducing your stress levels, coping with the symptoms of anxiety, help with controlling panic attacks, alleviating and understanding the symptoms of depression, it has also been proven to improve the quality of your sleep, enhancing your compassion and understanding for others which in turn can strengthen your surrounding relationships.
